grrrr
anyone else have problems and have any quick fixes?
well i got mine taken car off..i took it in and told him it was messed up and they welded some more hangers on it so its now rattle free and no more exhaust leaks..YEAH!!!!
Mickeys that isn't the tips. Do you know that adjustable bolt hole on the passenger side of the car near where the tip bolts on? Its the sharp corner of that thing rattling against the stock hangers. I put a piece of rubber on the stock hanger to stop the rattle.

They relocated my stock hangers. They refused to make the exhaust too tight. Said it would send too many vibrations into the car, and the pipe could break if hung too tight. I have to make a real sharp corner to make it bump, and then it barely does it. My first aftermarket muffler banged like a mofo. I hear that a pair of ls1 hangers are better than ours though.
