no it wont. your collector is 3" and your exit size to im guessing your stock y-pipe is 2.25. you would two appropriate reducers to make it fit

when i hooked up my exhaust the first pipe coming from the s-pipe is 2.25" and then is 2.5" coming out of the resonater. if i get a high flow cat i dont want this one small spot in my exhuast. i want 2.5" all the way throuhg after the y-pipe. does any one know if flowmaster sells the resonator as a 2.5" or when the time comes should i just scrap their resonator and throw in a bullet muffler?
