  • Any way to get rid of angled TB?

    Can I put a TB off a later or earlier model Firebird to replace the angled TB thats on my bird now?

    I have thought about this too, but I think you'd have to replace the entire cruise control system, get a new TB, and probably even a new intake manifold... That's my theory at least.

      at least a new intake manifold id think....

        I believe the '99-02 TBs had electronic cruise control. Right?

          The TB is electronic controlled by the PCM. This is no easy swap. The "easist" is to put the 95-98 TB on the 99+ upper intake, but will require a custom adapter.
