My SES light has been harassing me for the past 3 months, I already knew what it was... However, recently shes responding different, low end 1st gear only usually off the line, half gas her and it stutters, not like its missing though, i had the engine missing before, this is different. Should I get a not o2 sim or a whole new cat, what good highflow cats are there for 3.8 series II ?

You already have an O2 sim installed? If so, a new cat would make no difference. Get the code scanned to see what the problem is. If you don't have an O2 sim, try installing one.
