a few days ago, the mid pipe on my exhaust got ripped open somehow, so instead of goin throug the trouble of gettin a new one, i got a dynomax hi flow cat, 4ft of 2.5 inch exhuast tube and a turndown, and made my own sidepipe, sounds pretty good, pretty deep at idle, and sounds awsome when im on it and makes some mellow popping on downshifts, ill get a pic and a sound clip ASAP, it cost about 90$ inluding shipping from jegs and took like 45 min to weld everything up, make a hanger and put it in. Nice mod for a 60* v6 that has the end of the y pipe right there by the passenger door! ;) i drove a few day with an open y pipe, i couldnt hear myself think, and i almost got a ticket. im also debating whether or not to get a crome shield for it and possible a pipe insert if im pushed into it by my parents.
