I know that people have gotten rubber fittings from their lid to their TB.. I talked to SeppoKaitainen and he said that my stock intake tube would work (the one between the bellow and the TB) but its two inches too short... what do I need to buy?? The accordian stuff that came with the intake looks way too restrictive...

I just measured the distance and grabbed one that was a little bigger than the measurements. It was a while ago so I don't really remember. Just remember that if you get too big you can always cut it down but if you get too small youre screwed (distance wise) and its the other way around for the opening.\'99 SSM Camaro V6 M5
(mod list on cardomain site; too long to list here)
http://www.cardomain.com/id/v6cam99

I figured it out.. I bought this rubber 3 inch to 3 inch thing that lets you seel two PVC pipes to eachother..... I took my stock pieve from the TB to the bellows, then cut about 3 1/2 inches of PVc to connect the two rubber pieces.... you cant see the pvc cuz the rubber covers it and it all fits so snuggly I didnt need to use clamps.
The car starts waaay faster now and has better throttle response! Waaaaay better then the accordion crap that comes wiht the lid..Mystic Teal Metallic
