  • After market cone air filter question.

    My K&N cone filter for my super charger is really dirty and while I was at Auto Zone I saw this other style cone filter that had an optional ducting hose that connects to the top of the cone and could be routed somewhere away from the engine bay.
    Is this filter setup better than a K&N cone or should I just clean the one I have.
    Modifications:<br />headers, throtle bod spacer, flowmaster, high flow magnaflow carsound cat, powerdyne sc with 2.9\" pulley and by-pass valve, walboro 255 fuel pump, spec stage 2 clutch, and HP Tuners

    i'd say just clean the K&N and it'll be just as new.

        I don't think so because the other filter has a special filtered end for it to hook into.
