Ok... when I had my Camaro I put a cutout on it. It was the manual kind the screwed/unscrewed on/off. But... I have a friend who told me about a cutout that will open when your car hits a certain RPM and then close when the car is below that. Does anybody know what he's talking about or where I can get one?

Well, the new zo6s have a diaphragm style exhaust that opens up to the 3’ exhaust when enough flow is formed by getting on it. Never heard of being able to buy them but those types of things are out their. -
you could probably buy any electric cutout the wire to an rpm activated switch
but itd be expensiveK&N air filter, Whisper air lid, magnaflow LT1 cat back, and magnaflow high flow cat, pacesetter headers, silverstars<br /><br />more to come soon<br />but for now im out of moneyComment

i know theres a ferrari(enzo?) that does something similar. it uses mufflers until a certain rpm and then bypasses the mufflers into a straight pipe. not sure how its done though.<a href=\"http://cardomain.com/id/articacid\" target=\"_blank\">2002 35th Anniv. I would be much easier to run it using a RPM activated window switch.
