ok guys i plan to get a ws6 hood soon! if i spent the money to get the ram air kit for it could i have air going through the nostrils(functional hood) and keep my cai and have air coming from under also!
also would this work if i used flex hose! as in would it be ALOT of modifications or just a flex hose to my angled tr (98) http://www.lmperformance.com/2387/1.html
^ but supercharged/ turbo'ed cars have upgrated fuel systems.
there is such a thing as too much air. and it is possible ( in theory ) to blow your motor with too much air.
yes the nostrils will bring in some air, but its gonna get pushed around in that box alot. more than likely your not really going to gain anything. and unless you were going 900mph you dont have to worry about too much air. by the time it goes threw the filter and air ducting and into the throttle body its going to be alot slower.
correct me if im wrong guys.
