if i got an exhaust for a 97-02 camaro for my 95 camaro. would there be any problems with it or installing???

If you've got a 3.8, the exhaust hangers may be different, but everything will work fine.
If you've got a 3.4, I'm not sure.

Yep, all of the above information is correct. The only difference is hangers, but that is nothing that your exhaust shop can take car of!
