Magnaflow Kit I Pipe/Cat Questions

Finally decided on magnaflow as the cat-back of choice for my bro's 94 3.4 Camaro. Going to order the 2.5 Kit.

My question ia: Does this kit include the "I" pipe that I hear everyone on here talking about. I guess its just like an H for stangs.

While the whole exhaust is off anyway I figured he should just get a new hi-flow cat as well. Will a 2.5" in and 2.5" out work? I hear magnaflow cats are nice and the car sound ones.
Anythign special need to be done when installing a 2.5" cat? Welding/bending etc?

The magnaflow and carsound cats are the same thing...I am pretty sure cuz the part numbers are the same....
