• which to get? everyone plz reply

Should I buy the Wisper Cold air induction or the SLP cold air induction for my 98 firebird 3.8? They both are bolt ons i'm guessing? Should i use a holly powershot filter with it i plan on buying this stuff from lmperformance.com

Thank you any help appreciated

Both do basically the same thing. I think the whisper one is cheaper? Maybe go for that one. I bought the Holley air filter, works great.

The whisper brand comes with the ram air and block off plates unlike the SLP brand, but they're both cheaper than fasttoys.

don[t quote me on this, but i think the plates are for ram air mods. if you plan on getting ram air in the future, you don't have to buy a whole new system.
stock, but will be modified soon

The block-off plates are to prevent water from entering the intake. You ram-air intake is basically a vent, or scoop that catches air from below the car & forces it into your intake.

The key you really want to look for is replacing the lid & air silencer and increasing overall air flow.
