This topic was coverd a few days ago. Then closed but Im not sure why. I just wanted to comment and say that I had a 89 Camaro, with no exhaust, it was running streight out of the cat converter. I never had any valve problems what so ever. I ran it like that for about 1 year and a half.

Basically the only way this would happen would be to run open headers on a daily basis. Which it someone does that then they are most likely deaf and have about 50 noise popution tickets in their glove box.
So please don't dig this back up.
