Does the Super Sucker Ram Air come with a block off plate? And I really cant make up my mind if I want to get the Whisper induction combo which has the lid and ram air or the lid and the SSRA. Is there that much difference between the two?

I have it, and no it doesn't come with a blockoff plate. But from my experience so far you don't need one. The distance from the opening to your filter is like 2ft+ so only driving through a river is gonna mess you up. The SSRA is also made of plastic which doesn't absorb heat like the Whisper/SLP systems. SSRA also has a forward facing scoop unlike the others so it probably sucks up more air. I love mine to death, it made a noticable pull at high speeds and it made my exhaust deeper as well.
