  • 3.4L EGR resistance

Hey, i'm removing my EGR system from my 3.4 to try to cool down the intake air temp and whatever, i've got a friend making the blockoff plates for it. But what i need to know is the resistance value for the solenoids, and which pins on the connector to place the resistor inbetween. Thanks for any help you guys can offer.

honestly I am not sure we can do anything like that, The EGR constanly sends differnet signals and opens the solenoids at different rates, form my understanding the best EGR mod, is to leave it hooked up but not have it go into the intake.

the point of the egr is to cool down the combustion chamber to reduce nox emmissions. it will also probably cause a lean condition at cruising speeds cause tha pcm alredy expets it to be there.
