Yeah, dump that Flowmaster, and get a dynomax!!!!,

    Or keep the flows and get a V8!!! :D :D ,

But really that is the sound of a V6, our cars will never sound as good as the 8, the flows on our cars sound good up toi like 3-4rpm, after that its gonna be rice pretty much. I dont have any rice anywhere, but than again i have dynomax...

Unfortunately i don't think there is alot you can do other than maybe try different tips(smaller).

I had rksport headers, gutted cat 3 inch cat, and 3 inch flowmaster catback with 3.5 inch slash cut tips. And I still had the ricey sound up high in the rpms. I think smaller tips may have helped some, but in all truth I think it comes down to the fact that the flowmaster doesn't muffle enough basically.

People seem to swear by dynomax. Also how long have you had your flowmasters on? Mufflers tend to have a burn in / break in time.

You haven't had the flows that long. You have to give the muffler a little time to break in. After it breaks in, it'll start to sound better.

yes Dynomax is great for elminating that ricey/rattling sound. See what's nice about dynomax is that in the car it's nice and quiet. Outside it's loud (not as loud as flows). Oh and if you're worried about a quiet exhaust system, hit the gas and this thing becomes really loud. Similar to a 3chamber flowmaster...quiet at idle, but loud when you mash the gas.
