hello, i have a 1996 camaro 3.8liter sc...i ordered the ceramic pacesetter headers, and i was wondering if anyone has done the installation on there own, like at home with out a lift, is it worth doing because so many mechanics here want alot money for the installation because they will actually have to use their heads!

Alot of people have installed them themselves. You can do it in a day. Some of the bolts can be tricky to get to, and they'll probably be rusted pretty good. Kind of a pain in the ***, but there's nothing really hard about it.
If you know how to do it, just go ahead and do it. If you're not sure what you're doing, I'd probably have a shop do it.Matt
