Ok I heard on another forum that Hot Rod did a test with them on the 3.4 and they produced an extra 20hp and 30tq. Anyone gotten these for your 3.4? How have they been? How hard was instal? I have a welded exhaust would I have to have part of it redone at all?

I have the Pacesetters and I don't think that they produced that much power. They were a great mod and it was a good gain, but I don't think that it was that much. Installation is somewhat difficult when the AC is in the way, which is why I removed mine. I would suggest that if you do get these headers, you get the exhaust manifold bolts from a LS1 engine because it makes installation much easier.- Josh
If you have any questions or need installation pics/help, e-mail me: Viper98885@aol.com
\'93 Camaro Hardtop
\'01 Lincoln LS8 Sport
\'00 Yamaha YZF-R6
Full Throttle Performance

No way is there a 20HP gain. I would even venture that high on a heavily moded 3.4. I could see 10 at most. Installation was a pain for me as mine Y pipe was off by about 3 inches.94 Quasar Blue Z28
http://www.9t4z28.com
http://www.9t4z28.com/Dyno1.htm

they were a pain for me as well, the muffler shop had to bend them to get them to fit correctly and it didn't have a second hole on the left side for the air tube, so I had to have someone I know that works at some kind of steel place make be a very big nut that I had the muffler shop weld on then drill the hole it the header so I could get the air tube in. He said it was harder to get those headers on than any v8 he has ever done and he wouldn't do it again.1995 3.4 V6 Camaro, Pacesetter Headers, Midas Rino Dual Outlet Muffler, Hypertech module, Center Force Dual Friction Clutch, 160 Thermo, Underdrive Pulleys, K&N
Bosch Platinum +4 Spark Plugs, 8mm Accel Wires

What hole for what air tube? Only holes in the headers should be the EGR and the two OS2 sensors.94 Quasar Blue Z28
http://www.9t4z28.com
http://www.9t4z28.com/Dyno1.htm

yeah, sorry the EGR, but I think that is basically what it does is send air into the exhaust(correct if I'm wrong please), sometimes I call it an air tube without thinking because that is the first thing I heard it called before I knew what the actual name was.1995 3.4 V6 Camaro, Pacesetter Headers, Midas Rino Dual Outlet Muffler, Hypertech module, Center Force Dual Friction Clutch, 160 Thermo, Underdrive Pulleys, K&N
Bosch Platinum +4 Spark Plugs, 8mm Accel Wires
