• Exhaust Cutout with auto opening

I was wondering if there is any way to hook up this exhaust cutout

    http://www.jegs.com/cgi-bin/ncommerc...br=76&lastcat=

I was wondering if it would be possible to hook it up to the throttle body linkage so when I floor the gas pedal the exhaust cutout opens up. I think this would be great for a sleeper car. Any ideas on how to make it work?

Try the McCord Power plate. It is just a plate that fits over your cutout. A switch is routed into your console so you can uncap your cutout with the push of a button. I haven't personally tried it but heres the link to their site.

the one in jegs is also only 2" O.D....way too small for our exhaust..unless your doing a true dual, then get two

You should just get your NX kit to cover you. You nedd it. Your exhaust wont save you from me.

First of all, you wouldn't want to be ripped off by that Jegs cutout.

JC Whitney offers the exact same cutout for half the price, $22.

Maybe you could hook up the electronic cutout with a window switch or something.
