i recently got that kit from Pontiac Historical services on my car. I was reading through the cahnges for the 98 model year, maybe someo of the stuff is just marketing junk. However I found a part in the press release regarding the stock mufflers, from 97-98 the V8 muffler were %22 larger and the V6 mufflers were %30 larger. I ahve heard a 97 Y87 car with the stock dual exhaust and it is slightly quieter and more raspy than the stock muffler on my car. Just an neat thing I thought I would share.
