header question

Who makes the best headers. Obviously I want the best performance and sound possible.... I know a lot of ppl say rksport's arent very good but i have heard they are good also. a lot of it is probably he said she said and all that crap but I am serious about buying the best headers i can get. Thanks guys.

rksport i heard has a bad leak, but there is a fix to it. just gotta weld it.

pacesetter, i just bought a set and should be getting it by wednesday.

for the price, i went with pacesetter.

So did I man. Where did you order your from? I got mine from JC Whitney, But they said a good time for shipment (2-3 Weeks) :(

And BTW, RK Sport Headers have a BIG problem with leaking. Pacesetter Headers have special Ball-Joint Flanges to help with that problem. They are also quite cheaper than RK-SPORT.

BUT, I have also heard from another member that has Pacesetter Headers that they come with Flimsy Paper Gaskets. So, I guess we have to get GM Replacement Gaskets.

i was told to soak the gastkets in water to let them expand, then put them on with the gaskets still wet.... that way they mold to the shape?? i dunno. we'll see what happens.

i get mine on wednesday.. i ordered them 2 days ago.

Did either of you guys get a Y-Pipe with your pacesetter headers? JC Whitney said that they dont come with a y-pipe?
