u need flowmaster kit part number # 17357 for your 3.8L car...

i have the flowmaster 17356 exhaust on my car which is for a 3.4L... it sounds great....

The '98-02 has a resonator. I've been told that was the one that was advertised on tv a few weeks ago. DOesn't anyone prefer the resonator or without it? I think someone said it smoothes out the otherwise gurgle that flowmasters are famous for.

i love it when im de-accelarating and the flowmasters are making the gurgle sound [img]smile.gif[/img] flowmaster 80 rulz on my 3.4L but peeps say it sounds ricey at High RPMS on the 3.8L's...

i have an 80's on a 3.8 and it sounds good at high rpms because i took my cat off, otherwise it does kinda sound ricey...its all good though

On the Site it says #17358 is for my car but you said 17357 which it says is for up to 97 and i have a 98? which one i'm kinda confused on this.

so you do need:
