• SLP COLD AIR

Hey all, I just ordered the SLP cold air kit for my '97 firebird, my question is how many of you have noticed any kind of a difference? Also if anyone has ordered from them at all, how long did it take for a regualr CC order to arrive?
What\'s her last name? I\'ll look it up.
You know I don\'t recall. Swim, Swammy, Slippy, Slappy, Simmons, Sommons, Swenson, Swanson?
Maybe it\'s on the briefcase.
Oh yeah! It\'s right here, Samsonite! I was way off! I knew it started with an S though!

Mine took 10 days to arrive.

When I first installed it on my car, it didn't seem to make a BIG difference. Then again, I had just helped my cousin install a bigger turbo on his MR2, so that probably didn't help. And I had only driven it on surface streets...

Then I took her onto the freeway and got on her...then I felt the difference. Too bad I lost that feeling...got used to it. ;)

It takes time for your computer to ajust for the more air. Your gas mileage will increase and your high end acceration will increase.
