Since my last and FINAL exhaust swap I've had problems with my I-pipe bouncing around and banging against my lower panhard rod, it's very annoying. I tried a quick fix by replacing the rubber hanger insulators but in no time they had stretched enough to allow nearly the same movement as the old ones. So I tried hose clamps to eliminate bouncing completely, they aren't really strong enough... We all know a 3" system fits tight under our cars but does anyone know any other things I should look into to fix this problem other than taking it back to the shop?

heh... There is a slide-connection that I am currently having a problem with. It's been making all kinds of rattling sounds since day 1! It's just as the S-bend behind the converter stops and the pipe starts towards the muffler. There is a GM Design POS slide-connection with a GM Design POS clamp that doesn't do much of anything besides making the I Pipe rattle like crazy! I'm welding a new cat back on soon, so I'll deal with the rattle for now.sigpicComment
