• Decided to go with my first choice: B&B will be here 5-7 days

Thanks guys for all the help. I've always wanted to go with the B&B Triflow but stayed away because of the price...but had a few extra dollars that I'd forgotten about.

Besides, I noticed the pipes on my blazer are already rusting out. And a coworker bought a muffler and it is already rusting, so I decided to go with the stainless (but the sound sold me).

It'll be either this weekend, or the following when I put it on (takes about 5-7 days to get here).

SHipping wasn't much, just $8.

    vroom vroom

I like the Flowmaster, but my truck already has a big boom thunderous sound, and decided to go with a different sort of sound with my car.

      Yep, Price: 589
Price AFTER (total)shipping: $597.99 Here I was thinking it'd be 40 or more.

Price of installation: $0 doing it my damn self...well, mostly with help from my Dad. I'd probably put the thing on backwards if I installed it.

I think I would've been happy with the AMerican Thunder...But like I said, I just wanted a different kind of sound and ended up figuring that the stainless couldn't hurt.

Couldn't do that on my computer. :( Besides, I would never use it but once so I never bothered with mic on this computer. What if I could get it on cassette tape and mail it to someone? i dont know.

Well, someone on this board recorded their B&B and the quality was terrible, so I don't see how I could make a better copy.

Did you get the quad tips? The install is simple, I installed mine in 45 mins, 30 mins of which was taking the old one off. Get some high temp silicone to put between the joints for a nice seal. The sound is great, i'm sure you'll enjoy! I posted some sound clips of mine that were high quality. Congrats, and let us know how it turns out

                I got the twins (cheaper)

98GREENGLOW , Sorry to hear that. They do add the shipping AFTER you give them the info. That isn't right what they (both Tb and mechanic) did. I work in retail and we would never pull that kind of crap on people.

Like I said, not sure when it'll get here. HOpefully either this weekend or the following we'll install it.

I got a brand new Triflow w/ Quad tips for only $500 after the $40 shipping....Thank god for ebay. The install is real easy...took me 2 hours and I had to use a dremel to get the old exhaust off and only had ramps to get the rear end up. That pipe that goes over the axle was a ***** with such low clearance. Quad tips are the way to go though....they look so sweet and I love the way it sounds.
