My catalytic converter basically fell apart entirely on the inside. i bought a new "universal CATCO catalytic converter" called a guy at the muffler shop who said my o2 sensors are IN my cat. is this true? if so do i need to purchase 02 sensor bungs? im iffy on the whole bung thing [img]graemlins/fluffy.gif[/img]
The O2 sensors/bungs are before and after the cat, not in it. If all you're replacing is the cat and not the entire exhaust, then no you shouldn't need an O2 bung welded in...
