Question about I pipe..?

Does anyone know where i can get a mandrel bent I pipe? Let me know! I am wanting to go with a Catback exhaust but i want to know what size is the best to go with to get the best sound!

the only pipes you will need mandrel bent are the S pipe, and overaxle pipe, which you can get from summitracing.com

as far as the size of piping, its all up to you. check out the sticky at the top of the forum and listen to some clips. to be honest, size doesnt affect THAT much, but if you plan on adding anything big like a s/c or turbo, get 3" piping. otherwise 2.5, 2.75, or 3" will all work fine.

how much did that borla exhaust cost that you show in the pic? also do you have a sound clip for that?

his system is custom with a borla muffler. He purchased the 3" piping from Summit Like myself listed for an LS1 f-body.

I had my exhaust shop bend and s-pipe for me, for the install of my v8 exhaust..

all the pipes from summit was like 125ish, then the muffler was 150, borla from ebay. soundclip is in the sticky..

it means the car has an aftermarket camshaft on it.
