Did you listen to any soundclips before making your choice on which exhaust to buy?

Ummm, I have the 2.5 MagnaFlow, and it was kinda quite at the beggining, give it about 500-700 miles and it should sound better.

Mine did the opposite, it was louder when I first got it, it has since quieted down.

What did you switch from? It should be loud compared to stock but it's probably quiet compared to a Loudmouth or Rumbler for example.

what for your exhaust system to get burnt in. I know mine isn't quite when I step on it.

Its not gonna cause problems, but its rendering your catback pretty much useless. The stock S-pipe is smaller in diameter than 3", so you need a 3" S-pipe so your actually running 3 inches all the way back. That should also give it some more sound

You can order an S pipe from SLP, or go to summit racing and buy a U-pipe, cut it in half, flip one half, and viola you have a S-pipe. It should make it louder, but if your still not impressed a cutout should do the job

haha cutout if you want it obnoxious. Do this.....when you get that s-pipe, buy a magnaflow (carsounds) high flow cat at the same time(50$), and put them both on together. Wait for it all to break in....and you will be a happy camper. I didn't put on a different s-pipe for a while after i put on my flowmaster catback and magnaflow cat. When i put the s-pipe on, i noticed no difference whatsoever. I just have the satisfaction of knowing i have a complete exhaust! :)
