does it bolt right up to the s-pipe, or does it come with an s-pipe. and the stock s-pipe is 2.25 right?

stock s-pipe is 2.25"

it doesnt come with an s-pipe but it should have a slip fit end were it will slip over or in the stock s-pipe and will come with a clamp to hold it together. I recommend you have that spot welded and all other non-welded seams to prevent leaks.
