Will a K&N FIPK make a diffrence?

well i am looking into buying my second mod after my flowmaster 80 series. I was wondering will there be any noticable diffrence in my 3.4 with an FIPK air intake? Also will it change the sound of my car, because i like the way my car sounds with the 80 series on it and i dont want to change the sound.

Yes it will make a difference.

It will change the sounds of your intake, and slightly change your exhaust sound. "Don't worry everything will sound better"

yes it will make it sound different but better. like more hollow like a V8 (kinda)
and one of your first mods is to let your engine breath.

It will make a difference in throttle response also, I aloso have a 3.4l and it was money well spent
