which one is better performance for my 98 3.8 v6 firebird a cold air induction or ram air induction and am think to put all this stuff on the firebird flowmaster exhaust and whisper air induction package and RKSport ceramic coated headers jet stage 1 power control Module programmer and a low tem thermostat and how much horespower you thing that will make withh al the stuff on the car

if you would please search before you ask a question, you would find out the following:
- that a cai or rai including a lid would give you pretty even gains
- you cant have an Whisper air induction package and a cai too.
- that we can not tell you even a close # when it comes to your rwhp in the end. all we can say is it will probably be below 200rwhp. -

The 200 HP is at the crank there is a 20% drivetrain loss in power by the time the power gets to the wheels.
Most people put out about 165HP to the wheels stock.Comment

your hp is 200hp at the flywheel. your stock rwhp is around 170ish

yes. A whisper lid and ram air kit is a good and recommended combination. you just cant put on cai (tubed intake kit) and the lid. if you look at a pic of each, you will understand why they are not compatible together.Comment
