you can get a s pipe custom bent at any exhaust shop. i found it to be cheaper and i'm very happy with what i have.
i don't think that you should get pacesetter for the muffler system. i would say go with a flowmaster. i've heard alot of bad stuff with muffler and rust. you will be fine with their headers.
why are you going to run a cut out?
i don't think that you will get low 14's with that set up. depending on what you run now, i would say high to high-mid 14's.
S pipe goes after the cat, bends the pipe over to go beside the driveshaft, "mid" pipe goes beside the driveshaft, then you go over the rear axle. put your car on ramps and crawl under there, it is really obvious what needs to be done once you look at it. you need to look under the passenger side.
"S" pipe can be made by cutting a "U" pipe in the middle, flipping one end and rewelding it back together in shape of an "S"
