i would say magnaflow, more mellow.

headers help a lot.

its an 01 for the money to hp gain right now headers aren't worth it

You noted the flowmaster is crushed piping. I'm assuming the magnaflow isn't. If you want more flow go for the magnaflow, mandrel bent will flow better than crush bent anyday.

Of course they are worth it, you made a post about sound, and headers will give you a very nice sound.

And hp / torque gains as well

yah the magnaflow is mandrel bent 3 inch pipe its the exhaust for the 5.7L i am just gonan use it on a 3.8 the flowmaster i have to get the pipes made and no one around here does mandrel
