  • V8 Exhaust?

    would an exhaust system off of a 98-02 Z28 or SS work with a 6 cyl?
    2000 Camaro 3800 A4

    there are people running those, it called a "take off", should have similar piping, someone who has one should be able to tell you details.

      Yes it will work from the I-pipe all the way to the muffler.

        What would the difference in sound be? I'm kinda thinking about swapping mine for a v8 muffler as well.

          it wont be that much louder, v6 stock pipeing is 2.25", then 2" tip(s). stock v8 has 2.75" pipeing and 2.5" tips

            there's mine, just the whole camaro ss catback, and an s-pipe. Coming next is a cat delete, plus a borla pro xs muffler, and cutout, should work well with the 2.75 in. piping

            Way better than stock, not to loud either, and rasps way less than stock
