Sweet!!! I want my 01 bird to do that. I've been debating on slp ram air w/whisper lid or K&N FIPK. I take it your recommendation is the FIPK? Was installation difficult? What other mods do you have?

if you get the k and n fipk do you get rid of you air lid? is that why you wouldnt need a whisper lid if you got one?

yah you use no lid its an open filter in that video its just fipk nothing else

i have a slp tha ti am adding to it tom. for more air

yah just cut a hole in the fipk heatshield and the ram air will force into the bottom of the filter

how hard is it to install and will it be harder since i already have the slp installed

I'm really confused...what does this have to do with K&N FIPK? I'm guessing your car has this mod and this is the kind of acceleration you get?
