opinion on K&N FIPK for my 94 Camaro

Hey I've got a 94 Camaro with over 120k miles on the odometre. I don't drive the car very hard and its pretty much entirely stock. Occasionally I step down on the pedal, but very rarely. I'm thinking about buying a used K&N FIPK intake and filter off of 95_camaro on this board. I'm not looking to beat anybody in races. I've just heard that they improve gas mileage, provide a nice throaty sound to your car and increase horsepower at least a little bit.
I'm wondering if its really worth it if I'm not a very aggressive driver with hardly any other mods on the car at such high mileage?

PS...I'm going to send a certified cheque to 95_camaro and I know he's sold stuff on this board before, so I was wondering if anyone can vouch for him?

i wouldnt pay a whole lot for one, but if you're getting a good deal i'd do it
