Newby to this forum - searched for an already posted question/answer but none matched up to my exact code/problem. I have a stock 97 3.8 firebird and it was running fine untill I went to Iraq. When I got back it started shuttering like your low on gas or have something blocking the injectors. I took it to Advance Auto Parts and got a free code read. It came out as PO147 02 sensor heater circuit malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor Three) it also had an older code of PO300 Random/multiple cylinder misfire detected. I attribited the cylinder code to a not completely seated sparkplug wire that I fixed when I found it. Would the possibly missing cylinder cause the other 02 issue. I ordered two new 02 sensors before and after the cat but have not recievced them yet. Thoughts, inputs appreciated on the 02 code definition.
