Where do you guys get piping to replace your cat with when taking it off? I'm looking for some 3in.

theres been so many of these posts in the last 2 weeks its sad.

your better off buying a 3" bullet rather then just 3" tubing. or even better yet, get a high flow cat. cat deletes only get LS1 motors like 3-4 horsepower. unless they have over 500hp where then they get more like around 10 hp. but im sure your pushing now where near 500 hp to the wheels.

Deleting your cat and then tuning for it is good for ET...that is proven.

of course it is, but im assuming he cares about sound a little, and i doubt you'd see much of a diffence in et's between a bullet and just a peice of tubing. but sence i didnt say it in my first post you can get 3" tubing from jegs, or summit.

No, you said best scenario would be getting a hi-flow cat....and that isnt the best scenario.

I agree that a bullet muffler would be a wise choice over a straight pipe.

there was never a thread made in the past 2 days about where to find piping for a cat delete. And no I'm nowhere near 500hp, quit being a jackass.

Thanks guys, I've thought about the resonator and highflow cat but in the end decided to go with a 3in pipe and cutout
