ive got another question lol. is it bad at all to have an intake muffler AND headers all with the stock cat? also is you were to replace the cat with a high flow does it requier welding to put it on?

im putting a magnaflow high flow cat on this weekend. 2.5" cat, bought a 2.5" u-bend from jegs that im cutting in half and welding to make an s-pipe, and then i just got back from mienike where i had them make me a 3" to 2.5" reducer to go from the y-pipe to the cat.

cat-$50 from someone here on the board
u-bend-$25
reducer-$10

total is $85 for a better sound and little extra HP. if you have the cash and the ability to weld it or know someone that can weld for you definitely do it especially since you have headers
