the new cutout and cat

i just got a quick question i recently bought a carsound cat and a qtp 3" cutout i want to get it all welded up but i called midas to see how much it would cost they want 100 dollars and that is just WACK so im just wondering were can i go to get it welded that wouldnt be too expensive because 100 is more then wat i paid for the cat and the cutout....also does the cat have a sensor hole to put the sensor?? its a carsound 3" ...also were is a good place to weld up the cutout ??? ......and one more thing if i bring it to a place to get it done i need them to make me an S-bend because i still have the 2-1/4 s-bend and its chokin up my exhaust any help would be great
