ebay, summit, jegs. they all have them for under $50. or you can just get rid of it ( might not be an option depending on where you live ) and just get a peice of 3" pipe, or a bullet or a glasspack.

so you saying I don't need it I can just buy a piece of 3 inch pipe from ebay and not worry about my car messing up and throwing codes

if you have to pass emission's you need it, and your car will throw a code, but it will with a high flow cat too. bad thing about getting rid of it and just putting a pipe there is it'll sound a little more raspy, if you put a bullet muffler or a glasspack there those will help get rip of the rasp. either way your going to throw a code, but a $20 ( or so ) o2 simulator will make the code go away, they're easy to install, just unplug the old o2 sensor and plug in the o2 simulator.

it might run a little rich if you just get rid of the cat, but you might not throw a code for a few miles. here's a link to what you need to get rid of the code. http://www.zzperformance.com/grand_p...ts1.php?id=179
