this is on my 3rd gen but the systems im pretty sure are gonna be close to the same.. whatever you do dont use crush pipe like i did,, go mandral bend.. i just used this cause its all we had at the moment.. used 3 inch mid pipe, wich i think is a little big cause i can feel the tq loss..used a 80 series flowmaster.. i dont think the 40series is much louder.. and honestally i wouldnt want it anylouder then it is now.. cause sometimes it even gets anoying and also up the line theres a magna flow universal cat.. ya can see it in pic 2 i think

I have the 40 sieres also with magna hi flow cat getting ready to install pacesetter headers on, put it sounds great now at idle but at high rpms i think it sounds a little raspy put wouldnt change it every one thinks its a V8

Yea I did alot of body work on my car a while back, and put my 40 series on the same time, but I was driving my van for a few weeks, and then when I started driving it again, everyone thought I did a v8 swap b/c of the sound. I have dual 40 series mufflers before the axle 2.5" sounds amazing.
