Alright....this is pretty crazy. I've had the pacesetters on for over a year, and i have never had a clearance issue with the drivers side y-pipe and the oil pan drain plug until the other day. getting to the plug is fine....but the problem is, after unscrewing it about 75%, it backs into the y-pipe and wont budge until i get a prybar and pry the y-pipe just enough to unscrew the rest of it. gotta pry it again just to get it back on too. I've checked all the pipe routing, and its all normal like it used to be. question is.....is there a drain plug out there with a shorter thread length....OR can i chop off just enough of thread on the drain plug i have right now so i wont have a clearance issue when taking it out and putting it back in? Would that cause any problems? Or is there another solution?
