what kind of sound should i expect from a set of headers on my 3.4. I have flowmaster 80 series and K&N FIPK. will the sound be better and will it be deeper i cant seem to find any clips of a 3.4 with headers.

Yeah, not many people do headers on the 3.4. If there's not a clip in the sound clips sticky, chances are you won't be able to find one here.
You are correct about the sound change though.
