Straight pipe or High flow cat

like the title says...is there any differnce between the 2? cuz my stock cat it hollowed out but has a crack in it so im gonna b replacing it soon. Id figure the cheapest route to go is just gettin a pipe and have it put up there instead of buyin a high flow cat

just do a straight pipe it should quiet down the exhaust a little bit though.

I had my cat out for about 5 mins... turned around and got it put back on... I hated it.. soudned retarded... but i have borla exhaust.. might be diff with flows..

just do a straight pipe it should quiet down the exhaust a little bit though.

no that will do just the other it will make it louder and more raspy keep the cat. a good highflow does not slow the flow that much u might lose 1 mabey 2 rwh

you should expect more rasp with a straight pipe compared to a high flow cat.

cheapest easiest option: just patch the small crack by welding it,

just do a straight pipe it should quiet down the exhaust a little bit though.

can I PLEASE PLEASE have some of what youre smoking???


my high-flow cat is half-way hollowed. So I dont totally loose all my bottom end torque/hp. The restriction in my exhaust is the $hitmaster muffler.

First of all taking a perfectly good high flow cat and smashing a hole through it is just retarted. Secondly the less restriction you have the more your torque moves up in the power band and away from your bottom end (if it even affects it at all).On that note that flowmaster is the only thing you have left giveing you bottom end power.
