Magnaflow catback bolts to i-pipe?

I found a nice looking used magnaflow catback for a pretty good price, it doesn't have an s pipe or anything, but looks like everythings included. It's the 2.5 inch system, does this just bolt directly to the i-pipe with a pipe reducer?

IIRC, the S-pipe is welded to the cat, and the catbacks go from the S-Pipe back. Thats how my flowmaster was.

if theres no S pipe you can get a reducer and connect it to the stock S pipe.
