my exhaust is hitting my car on the passenger side everytime I go over a bump how can this be fixed I just got my flowmaster put on but its still doing that the pipe on my side is okay its just the passenger side
I hate to make a thread so I am asking will headers help out the sound
I know a cam will but I don't know how much they cost my car sounds good but I was thinking of adding headers and a cutout give advice please thanks
first question, do you know exactly were it's hitting? jack/pull the car up on ramps and wiggle the exhuast a little and find out where, maybe you can just adjust it a little, or if it's hitting a heat shield you can bend/cut the heat shield. or stick a rubber gromet or something in there to stop it.
second question, yes headers will make it louder and deeper. usaully people say the rasp moves up the RPM range, but becuase its a little louder you tend to notice it more. heads/cam kit, to do it right i'd say around 3 grand or everything. probally a little more by the time your all done.
