In all the pictures I have seen of the flowmaster exhust for the 98 3.8 they show a box on one of the pipes. Can any one tell me what that is or if its on the actual exhaust? Thanks

the box is an resenator and yes it does come with one i got one in my 99 -

and i recommend having the exhuast shop that installs the flows for you to cut the resonator off if your looking for a louder, deeper sound.Comment
