Horsepower

Hey guys just a quick question sorry im not very bright with cars but im trying to learn! How much horse power do you think my car has? It is v6 3.8 liter. Everything is stock besides i just got a new new magaflow dual exhaust put on it. Can anyone give me a rough or good idea where my horsepower stands at right now? Its a 1997 v6 3.8 liter camaro

Well, stock the 3.8 is supposed to have 200 at the crank, i'm not sure how acurate that is, but at the wheels i think it's something like 170-180.

you might have up to maybe 7-10 hp from the exhaust depending what you have.. is it just the muffler or is it a full cat back?

there is supposed to be around a 20% drivetrain loss. so 160-170 is where it should be at... you might see 180, but not a lot of stock ones seem to.
