Helix throttle body spacer

So I have been hearing about the Helix throttle body spacer. I did a little research and found alot of reviews saying it doesn't add any Hp. Is this true or does it actually help?

For those that have it, can you notice a difference? Is it comparable to the wisper lid mod as far as gains? I can get it for like 50$, but I don't want to buy it if I won't notice anything.

i keep getting regular fel-pro gaskets (they come with other gasket kits).
Plus they are only like $1.99
I've added like 5 before and no leaks. You wont notice a 3hp mod, if you do, its all in your mind.
